Pharmaceutical regulations do not allow the return or refund of prescription-only medications. This policy is in place to protect patient safety and to maintain the integrity of the medication supply chain, preventing any risk associated with the resale or reuse of prescription medicines.

Once medication has been prescribed and dispensed, it is non-refundable in line with our refund policy agreed at the point of purchase.
