What happens once I have sent the prescription to CloudRx ?

Once you have created and authorised the prescription, an automated email and text will be sent to your patient informing them there is a prescription waiting for them and requesting them to pay for the medication via a secure link to our payment page. Once payment has been received the prescription will be released into our dispensing queue for processing. Dispatch will be by the chosen service. All orders released for dispensing before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day. Certain medicines can be difficult to obtain and patients will be contacted directly to advise of any delay to their order.
