CloudRx FAQ: Merging Multiple Orders and Delivery Refunds
Can I merge multiple orders to save on delivery costs?
Yes, where possible we can merge multiple orders into a single delivery to help avoid duplicate delivery charges.
What do I need to do to request a merge?
Once all relevant orders have been paid, you must contact the CloudRx pharmacy team to request that the orders are merged.
We recommend doing this as soon as possible after placing your orders.
Can my orders be merged automatically?
No, orders are processed individually by default.
A merge will only take place if you contact us and request it before processing begins.
What happens if my orders have already been processed?
If one or more of your orders have already been processed or dispatched, we will not be able to merge them.
In these cases, delivery charges will still apply and refunds cannot be issued.
Will I receive a delivery refund if my orders are merged?
If your orders are successfully merged before processing, any duplicate delivery charges will be refunded.
How quickly do I need to contact you?
As our pharmacy team begins processing orders quickly after payment, you should contact us immediately after placing your orders to maximise the chance of them being merged.

- Both orders being paid
