💬 What should I do if my pen won’t inject?

If your pen isn’t working, please try these quick checks first:

  • Make sure the needle is screwed on securely.
  • Remove both the outer and inner caps.
  • Press the dose knob slowly.
  • If needed, replace the needle and prime the pen.

If the pen still won’t inject, contact us with:

  • A description of what happens when you try to inject
  • How many needles you tried and whether you primed the pen
  • The pen’s batch/LOT number and expiry date
  • Clear pictures of the pen

Returns & Replacements

If a return is required, we’ll arrange collection via Royal Mail. Please note:

  • Pens are not returned once collected.
  • A replacement is only issued if our testing confirms a manufacturing fault.
  • If no fault is found, the pen will be safely disposed of.
