💬 What should I do if my pen won’t inject?
If your pen isn’t working, please try these quick checks first:
- Make sure the needle is screwed on securely.
- Remove both the outer and inner caps.
- Press the dose knob slowly.
- If needed, replace the needle and prime the pen.
If the pen still won’t inject, contact us with:
- A description of what happens when you try to inject
- How many needles you tried and whether you primed the pen
- The pen’s batch/LOT number and expiry date
- Clear pictures of the pen

Returns & Replacements
If a return is required, we’ll arrange collection via Royal Mail. Please note:
- Pens are not returned once collected.
- A replacement is only issued if our testing confirms a manufacturing fault.
- If no fault is found, the pen will be safely disposed of.
