Can I change the delivery date/address of my order?
Delivery Changes
You may be able to change your delivery date or address, but only if this is before your order has been dispatched from the pharmacy.
To request a change, please email pharmacy@cloudrx.co.uk. Our team is available Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, and Saturday, 9am–1pm.
Please ensure someone is available to accept your order at the chosen address. For cold-chain medicines such as Wegovy and Mounjaro, the package must go straight from our courier to your fridge.
Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, please do not make delivery changes directly with the courier (e.g., leave with a neighbour, safe place, or hold at depot). These requests can delay delivery, risk breaking the cold chain, and may invalidate any claims.
