How can I check my shipping status?
Usually, your order will be shipped on the same business day, aslong as the order is placed before 3pm. On occasion, there may be slight delays, however our Customer Service team will contact you to advise of this.
Here's how you can check your shipping status:
Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Make sure to check your inbox, spam, and junk folders.
You can also log in to your CloudRx account and head to the "View Prescription History" section. You'll find the latest updates and tracking information for your shipment. Use the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email to track your package directly on the courier’s website.
