Returned to sender
"Returned to Sender" means that your parcel could not be delivered and is being returned to the CloudRx Pharmacy. This can happen due to incorrect or incomplete address information, refusal by the recipient, or unpaid customs fees.
If you see this label on your tracking link, our Customer Services team will be happy to resolve this for you.
Please note that CloudRx is not automatically notified of a Return to Sender. If your tracking shows "Package Returned to Sender," you will need to contact us directly so we can offer you a solution.
We will help with a resend of the parcel, after confirming the delivery address. If delivery fails again, we will then charge at the postage rate to send the package again.
