Patient Portal Registration
You will first receive an email to advise if you have any repeat prescriptions made available from your prescriber, just like the above image, or you may just want to track the status of your current prescription. This is where the new Patient Portal comes in!
Visit https://www.cloudrx.co.uk/Patient/VerifyPatientDetail to get started...
- On this page, make sure you select 'Verify Details' first, as we need to ensure you already have a live prescription account with us. You will not be able to log in until this has been verified.
- On the verification page, you will be asked to enter the following information: Surname, DOB, Postal Code. Please ensure postcode is all in capitals.
- You will then be asked for a verification code if we were successfully able to match your records. This will be sent via SMS and email to the details on your patient account. Please enter the verification code and hit 'Submit'
- You will then be prompted to create a password for your patient portal account. Once this has been created, you can now visit https://www.cloudrx.co.uk/Account/LoginPatient and log in using your email address and password.
If you are unable to complete this process, please email pharmacy@cloudrx.co.uk and a member of the team can take a look into your account.
