Repeat Prescription - Newson Health
If you have been set up on a repeat schedule by Newson Health, you can now order your prescription at the time that most suits you!
To request a repeat prescription, you can either contact the pharmacy via email or phone.

Alternatively you can use your repeat schedule manager. You can request this from a member of the pharmacy team, and we can send the online link for you to manage this. This link should also be attached to your most recent 'Dispatch Confirmation' email.
Prescriptions will automatically generate on the specified dates as above, however should you wish to delay/ move forward a date, this can also be done by clicking on the Date. (See Below)
If you want to order an item on the current date, you can also do this by selecting the current date. This will then allow an option to 'Add to Basket'.
Multiple items can be added at the same time, simply change the instalment date on all items required, and add each item to the basket
From here, you can then amend the delivery address, and also the delivery method. Once all details are correct, you can submit the order and this will generate the online payment link for the prescription, which will also be sent to your email and SMS.
